Been knocking on the door this year, been on the radio, did a couple music videos/tv shows as a model, been going viral, basically already a street legend

Break through with my music too, pick up where I left in 2021, when I got signed and s*** but then got hit with some mental issues that derailed it

Basically a whole ass take over

The biggest advice for the phone thing I can give that greatly changed my life a few years ago is to actively set your phone down somewhere that requires physically walking in order to reach it — whether it be across the room, or in a different room. I even started with small steps by tossing my phone to the other end of the couch whenever i sat down.

It's only a struggle, or gives you that "naked" feeling the first handful of times you do it. But after a week or so I wasnt even thinking twice about it and significantly decreased my daily phone time.Nowadays I will be working on something, or even just being lazy in my living room, and will not have seen my phone in so long that i cant even remember where I set it down.

And this has also translated into other screentime areas of my life too. I bought the first M1 macbook model when it came out (the ones that still had the touchbar), and I've barely opened it over the past 2 years (and i mean barely). Luckily it wasnt a waste of money because i let my husband use it daily to do his job — thats how little i think about using it myself.

So just try little things like that and dont beat yourself up when you backslide on them. Self-improvement is a process. If you keep trying and form good habits, there will be a day where you open your Screen Time app and see your weekly average is like 3 hours, and that will feel normal. And any average over even just 12 hours will feel insane and you wont believe that you used to live like that.

My husband is a crackhead with his phone, like way worse than some people probably imagine when they think of someone addicted to their phone (outside of influencers/livestreamers i mean). His DAILY average on Screen Time will sometimes be 12+ hours... He's severely close to the point where the only time he's not looking at his phone is when he's literally unconscious. So i know how much of a struggle changing this can be.

My real "best advice" to help others with this issue that I also did myself would be telling you to delete all your social media accounts and apps (including Discord if you use that). Doesnt even have to be scorched earth in one move — go cold turkey on one of them at a time until they're all gone. That will cause an extreme and positive change in your screen habits, but also your life in general. However, I know how relunctant people are to do this — even to take a short break from them, let alone deleting accounts without the option to restore later. So I think giving people advice on **physical** habits first could be a more effective approach.

deleting apps and removing yourself from the phone is the way to go
