For starters, nobody said a leader will save us.
Next, saying change starts with the people is saying a whole lot of nothing because left with little to no leadership is how we end up with people looting and rioting like we are now. A good leader is someone who is able to articulate their ideas and mobilize the people.Killer Mike recent speech is a perfect example of this with how he uses his platform. He gave an actual example of HOW people can do something by telling them to fight back with their votes, not by destroying their homes.
