They were in the studio together 2 weeks before Queen dropped
!https://youtu.be/W6zVfs1qDB0she want to hang when the album drop that’s timely
I think that because we hardly ever get Drake interviews a lot of people, including myself, praise this interview but to be honest they really dropped the ball with the questions.
So much time was wasted on questions about s*** he has already talked about and he basically said the same thing last time he talked about it (Ghostwriting, Pusha T, Meek, etc) or s*** that's obvious or we don't care about over other questions (Retiring, J-Lo, Rick Ross/Yolo mixtape, Chris Brown/Rihanna etc)
Bruh we gotta hear this joint

Did not push Drizzy at all in any way, no challenges to anything he said. Just a 2 hour fest of stroking his ego and I saw this as a huge fan of his.

BDot actually has said Drake has no classics before and changed up in this interview lmao

Right? Like bro this is possibly the biggest interview of the year and the boy doesn’t sit out like this too often and you gonna switch up just like that. Dude had a goofy smile on his face the entire interview and didn’t ask much but
“hey you said this on a bar 30 years ago, do you still feel that way?”
I was hoping they’d follow up with the Jay talk like why did he feel like it was necessary to sit down and patch up things with Hov & not with Kanye?
There were so many better things to ask then if he ever apologized to Vanessa f***ing Bryant

Elliot Wilson: So Drake, I gotta ask man, what's up with you texting these teena-
(Chubbs standing behind Drake)

Confused on how it is “ego stroking” when he’s really been running s*** for this long.

Because everyone knows that already. We want new information. Not s*** we already know from previous interviews or find out out ourselves.
There really wasn't a lot of thought-provoking questions out of him. There is a lot of things we'd want to know his opinion and s*** like if J-Lo and he was a real thing isn't f***ing one.

Man sounded like me quoting random drake lyrics so much lmao

1. Ever since that Rolling Stone s*** he hardly does interviews lmao what do you expect.
2. It’s the end of the decade when this dropped of course they’re gonna reflect on the fact he owned it.
3. It’s dope to hear his own insight on how he feels relating back to #1 cause he never says s*** ever.
4. There was thought provoking questions you must of not watched the entire thing he didn’t duck what they asked. Even when it came to Push and Ye. Once again coming from a person who stays quiet 24/7.
5. He addressed J-Lo to the extent he had to and nothing more cause I assume behind the scenes s*** went down or something about it. Also talked about it Diplomatic Immunity. He doesn’t have to talk about things to please keyboard warriors lol.
So i’m still confused on the issue here he says nothing and people have problems with it. He then speaks his mind in a 2 hour 20 f***ing minute interview and people STILL have issues with it. Ya’ll buggin’ forreal honestly it makes no sense what do you want from the dude. I can see why he feels the way he does now.

Honestly, I got no idea what you talking about now.
1. I expect only good questions and not ones that waste time because who knows when he'll do another one???
2. That isn't the problem. The problem is them wasting time with it on top of bad quesitions.
3. It is, that's exactly why it's disappointing when they waste time on questions we already know the answer to for the most part.
4. I watched the entire thing twice. Everything he said about Pusha, Ye, Meek, Chris, etc is all s*** he has said before or s*** that is already been found out. Waste of time for actual questions on s*** we don't know like "What's the next direction of your album far as subject matter?" or "What's a criticism of yours that you think is valid and one that you think is complete bullshit?" or "You ever going back to acting?" or "What ever happened with OVOSOUNDRADIO, any way it's coming back" or "What was your thought process in writing insert one of his best songs?" Just came off the top of my head way better questions than was "J-Lo and you ever a real thing" Like come on man?
5. The fact that they even asked about J-Lo is my point. Waste of time. I don't know how that makes us keyboard warriors.
He spoke his mind on a lot of s*** he already spoke his mind about that's why the interview felt a little underwhelming. Too many topics were discussed that were already discussed and not enough that people have been dying to know his opinion for years.
Of course, he did say a couple of gems here and there but it would have been a lot more if they had better questions. In fact, some of the really good things he said didn't even stem from the original question.

1. He literally said he was approaching the album with the same energy he had in the interview
2. What happened to OVOSOUND Radio? “Somebody get Larry Jackson on the phone. I need some ownership if we pressin' go cause business is boomin' on behalf of me”
3. Are you going back to acting has been asked several times before!!!
This the second straight interview he’s talked about the Prince story, told it on the Tiffany Calver show as well

Hey bro I hear you. I think it’s just way too much stuff to cover...it was 2 hours and it still felt short because it’s drake.

Drake should be interviewed like Jay and other elites get interviewed. Not as some sort of voice peace for haters loool
Was a good conversation to reminisce over the decade from his perspective and enjoyable for fans. There’s enough anti drake content out there for you to gobble up if you don’t want to see a favourable dialogue
Why melon head hating on drizzy
he had to do something to appeal to the "Drake haters"

That’s a hard life always creating content that hates on drake
