People saying Drake isn’t any better for making songs like Toosie Slide are missing the point, Drake is the biggest artist in the world because he doesn’t need to jump on a wack pop stars song to make a pop song. He can make his own and make it bigger than any song those pop stars could make anyway. Kendrick could never, which isn’t really a big deal in the grand scheme of things, he’s still a legendary rapper.
And even though Toosie was def Tiktok bait, it’s not like dance songs were just invented and Drake having one in his catalogue is prob just him having fun with s*** during a time when the world definitely needed it.
Plus the fact that’s even a pop/dance/tiktok song with the subject matter of the lyrics is wild.

Nah. He would of been in the Top 5 or Top 3 if those allegations never came out of him using a ghostwriter. I remember people use to chat and say this Drake will be one of the greatest rappers but once Meek Mill exposed Drake.......🤦♀️ 🤦♀️ 🤦♀️. Drake is the only rapper who has broken barriers and one of the few rappers besides Eminem who can sell out a stadium in huge numbers. Eminem is top though. His tour attendees per show is ridiculous.
