i do understand but im not going with that narrative, its bullshit made to entice us into accepting s*** that is straight up wrong.

if a 8 or 9 year old gets abused im not gonna talk about how "hes not pure and innocent". im goin after the abuser and thats it.

if we keep on allowing s*** thats straight up wrong pretty soon well start seeing pedophilia as something normal and im not down with that s***.

To be fair we are the best point in history for anti-pedo. Historically speaking, especially worldwide, pedo was unfortunately socially acceptable.

Whether you look at nations who married off their young girls for endowments, or whether you take a look at how much of a norm it was for even American stars like Elvis, therefore making it seem okay to others.

We have a lot of work to do still because even one kid being mistreated is too many. But we are heading in the right direction. I do believe it was more prevalent in the past than it is today.

marriage is supposed to last for a long time and is not to be broken unless certain stuff happens (talking bout middle east).

i didnt say it was acceptable to me, i meant that you cant equate them because its totally different.

marriage has laws which protect both parties, abuse (and acceptance of the "predators arent all bad and victims arent all good" narrative) does not. it ruins lives.

i dont give a f*** what they say, if a grown ass person is touching kids theres nothing he can say to make me feel like hes less guilty. its wrong and thats it.
