Complaints against a worker don’t stop after employment, you can still report being mistreated especially if they’re in a position of power like that. Not saying anything will happen as a result but I would have some record of this.

It’s a small State Farm office with 7 employees. The owner is Sarah and he’s the manager and the other 5 of us are just employees, no HR or anything. Might be someone at State Farm I could contact but whatever. Just nailed an interview today about to head to another one.

Glooks if you get offer letters from two different companies for the same sort of position but one higher pay or better benefits, you can jockey the other for higher pay

And then go back to the first and ask for more as well once the ofher one matches

But make sure you have an offer letter and everything they promise you via phone in writing

also ask the hiring people if theyll sponsor any sort of higher education bid if ur interested, u never know if u dont ask

Idk what it is for the past month but I’ve been getting erections at the most inconvenient times and can’t seem to get rid of them.

A couple examples:

was giving eulogy for a family friend who passed away. I was soft up until I started walking back to the pew, as I’m walking and I can feel everybody’s eyes on me, I get bricked up. Almost as if my body is trying to embarrass me, I was wearing slacks too that definitely gave it away, it was pretty awful.

got pulled over for failure to signal (I got lost and had to make a sudden turn after missing one). Soft as a feather until the cop asks for my license, all of a sudden I start instantly bricking up.

was on a crowded subway after a baseball game, I had already been having these issues so I was nervous being packed in the train like sardines, standing up but squished in between like ten people. Despite my best efforts I started poking people left and right, with no recourse in sight.

Idk why this is happening. I’ve been having pretty regular sex, nothings changed with that, 2-3 times a week. I masturbate once or twice a week.

I’ve tried the flexing the legs trick, I’ve tried mindfulness and thinking about mundane things. Nothing works.

Has anybody experienced anything similar? Any advice?

Might sound harsh but when you have people depending on you like this you shouldn't be taking such a huge risk by leaving a stable income and not only that you left with the intention to go to a much worse job just because you're bored or tired of sitting all day.

At least line up a superior higher paying job with more challenges and a better salary.
