Eh don't really see the point. Thread might get one page max.

But if anyone else wants to make it, thats cool

point is that when people search for Q on here, they’ll get to see all the threads about each project. the way the site works now, you can filter on any artist to see all threads about them. so ongoing artist threads become a bad thing, since that’s only 1 discussion thread rather than a new discussion every release

and a 1 page thread isn’t a bad thing. it’s honestly better than a 6 page thread spanning 3 years, covering 3 albums, with 1 new post from the op and maybe 2 other people every 2 months. that makes discussion look sparce.

I think this makes more sense for artists, that are more established, but for smaller artists the difference is relatively negligible in terms of promoting more discussions and maybe even worse at times

But I'll make album threads from now on if that's the case to see how it goes
