the Drake diss one was because the instrumental was legit, the person ripped it from the coffee ad & put AI Push vocals over it

i’ve seen tons of fake songs get DMCA’d before as well, doesn’t mean much except that someone at the label is overly cautious because they saw the word “leaked”
