I’m asking for hate here because these are some of y’all’s favorites but tbh
Rock N Roll. Such a weak disappointment for a track that star studded.
Scrape It Off the Top. It’d be fine without uzi (no hate I’m a fan just doesn’t fit with push) the my boy flow is so sick and I love the Don hook. But again I’m not sure it fits with the rest of the album
Call My Bluff. Push definitely always delivers but with such a laid back flow, it needs a beat with more going on in it to make up for it. Like it should be terrifying but the beat to me sounds really lazy sorry lol
Open Air. Same problem, push did his thing but the beat kinda puts me to sleep.
I think Diet Coke could have been Daytona level if it had more nuance in the beat.
With these changes it might be my fav Pusha album.

Open Air has a lot going on though, the faint organs in the background, the flute that sounds straight out of a Nintendo RPG, the kick pattern that actually knocks in the whip, and the synths in the back that lowkey sound like a woman harmonizing (unless it actually is a vocal harmony)? S*** is hard

It just didn’t do it for me. The textures weren’t high brow enough for push but maybe I’m just too in love with the world they created with Daytona.
