its a report from 7/10/2019. I imagine a lot of people called in and made fake allegations against celebrities they didn't like. I also imagine there are a lot of celebrities actually involved that we aren't aware of yet so I'm not going to immediately dismiss this either.
Somebody else said it already but I feel like these reports are in the dump to cover up and delegitimize some of the more concrete stuff, like the emails regarding Elon directly asking to visit the island
