Second, everyone around Uzi still refers to him by he, his, him. His friends, JT, his producers. If they're not concerned - why are you? Clearly Uzi has no issue with it.
Third, it's obviously a gimmick and it's not one centered around gender identity, even though you read it like that. Uzi always had a gimmick of referring to himself as an "alien" or someone that isn't from Earth. THAT is how the whole they/them thing started. I do that all the time because in real life no one notices anyone using they/them pronouns
Ill support identity/sexuality stuff forever but honestly we need a new word for a singular “they”. Too many times ive been in a conversation about an NB where confusion has occurred as to whether “they” is referring to a group or a single person.
