• destruction/level terraforming
• environmental interactivity
• a form of "The Director" like L4D that can proc-gen points of interest in levels

Gonna be nuts if they announce it as a steam exclusive with no console ports in sight.

Also, this is not gonna steal any thunder from GTA VI.

HL3 by comparison is very “inside baseball” within the gaming community, and it definitely won’t be setting the world on fire anywhere near the degree of GTA if it isn’t on consoles.
