pretty fun honestly, the combats interesting. idk if the game feel will change much between now and launch but if they tightened it up a hair it would be a lot more rewarding imo. i like it feels like a spiritual successor to the ffxv combat engine in the best way

ok this definitely wasnt as bad as yall made it out to be. yeah it kinds runs like s*** but the gameplay and traversal systems are pretty fun lol will probably play One Piece Odyssey and Fire Emblem Engage before i get around to coppin tho

its definitely generic kinda in the same way Valkyie Elysium was: an empty world on it last legs thats full of enemies. i had fun with it tho and might cop on sale down the line

Is Valkyrie Elysium worth it? It's not on my immediate cop list but I enjoyed the demo

The gameplay carries it so, if that was enough for you, you'll enjoy your time with it. I did like how it generally looked even with its muted environments. however in order to get the full story, you have to collect everything by replaying missions and side missions but wasn't worth it to me.

if you find it on sale, go for it (i copped full price)

i also turned the cuff's banter down to 'low' lol

It looks alright. A lot like FF15. Square always does weird offshoot games like this.
