HHH just said on that Helwani interview that there’s been a “communication breakdown” with him and Mercedes and that “she has to decide what she wants to do with herself”.
Could be him working but it didn’t really sound like it.

They flip flop when they want it to be a third brand and when they want it to be a developmental. 2.0 seems like it’s a developmental for sure though and there’s nothing wrong with that cause FCW was cool.

They def weren’t doing “developmental shows” with “developmental talent” in October 2019, that’s for sure.
It was all hands on deck and they were def hotshotting their programming with virtually zero actual PC trainees getting used for more then a jobber spot.
