As a big CM Punk fan can any point to me a part in where Punk had a massive ego and was hard to work with ? I understand he wasn’t the nicest to fans (shit I don’t blame half these wrestlers being d***s to this fan base. We got a lot of weirdos).
He pushed for guys like Danielson, Big E, Kofi, Cesaro, Tyson Kidd, and many others.
I understand the stupid Kevin Steen shirt controversy, WWE walk out, Cabana situation post AEW (I don’t think anyone knows the real story between them on what really happened besides them two), and now the Hangman situation,
I’ve never once read or seen anything on him wanting to bury or step on anyone.
This hate train the last week or so has completely crazy.
He became public enemy #1 in wrestling world off a single meltzer story. It's just fickle lol
Fact is he is really about it. His comeback run-in was rather gingerly so pretty evident right away that he came back to help company out of some tough couple of months. Same for Kenny. These guys are really about it. If not, they would be in WWE rn.
I don't think he would come in the way of other wrestlers. From the outside MJF ought to be a much more difficult person to deal with than Hangman and he put him over in Chicago. And we still haven't seen the end of the story with Hangman so for all intents and purposes this just put their arc at the forefront rather than be sidelined and forgotten about like it couldve been had Punk just moved on after the unification match.
What is probably true and problematic about dealing with him is how he basically affords no second chances and cuts people off for good. His thing with Cabana is kinda tragic to me and maybe the locker room vibe hurt from him not making any amends there. But that is not enough to say that he is at the center of everything wrong in AEW which is how folks acted like for a few days after that report came out.
Lmao first Renee now him...I knew those initials would cause issues but then again he's British so maybe he's referring to their programming

Disco? I'm not surprised one bit by that
Konnan dm'd me awhile back asking if I was a fan of their podcast and I told him no bc I'm not about to listen to f***in Disco Inferno and whatever other idiots he has on there..."stay cool" was his response
People like Disco go away when you stop acknowledging them. This is what they want, it’s no different than the bad faith accounts on twitter. (WWEGareth, JobberNation, WWFJunkie, and etc.)
Punk & Cabana are clearly still beefing off that Art of Wrestling lawsuit about Punk & the fact Cabana tried to sue the s*** out of him.

Kingston?
p sure she had a tape leak years back
Might be up there with Paige if she had the volume that Paige put out. Victoria was putting in work
Damn BCC is lowkey the most dominant stable in wrestling
i want to see them together more on camera
hopefully we get that now that Bryan is back
I’ve never had so many wrestlers I love as world champ at the same time from Josh Alexander to Mox to Claudio to Jay White
How does everyone feel about Black, Miro, and Andrade and how they've been used in AEW?
Because for the most part it seems like they're doing a whole lot of nothing.
Andrade has had some bangers and cool moments but idk why he’s not in the TNT title picture
Miro had amazing momentum last year but him disappearing squashed that
Black has had some good matches too but hasn’t really done anything
Overall they are all disappointing rn but hopefully they can bounce back
