I believe now is the time for TK to hire some more backstage personnel and get some more structure backstage. Also hand out a lot of duties to some of the guys like Regal and etc. of course we don’t know these people personally and what their goals are but, I would hate to see any of these guys leave because HHH is in a much more powerful role.

This isn’t doomsday for AEW by any means they are in a good place but a lot these guys seemed to have a lot of faith and trust in HHH. Yet a lot of these releases/changes were due to him being out and beyond his control.

Even with Hunter on creative, it’s still gonna be the WWE style. It’s not like Roman Reigns is gonna start coming out and cutting MJF style promos and have 35 minute Jay White matches.

And here’s the thing, even if HHH starts giving more opportunities and builds new stars there’s still gonna be people that fall through the cracks. He can’t make everyone look like a million bucks the same way TK can’t. So now it’ll be more like the 90’s with people moving to both places and being successful.

AEW were already doing amazing while also not getting super close to Raw or Smackdown. And if those shows get better that’s not gonna change. AEW and now ROH just have to keep being the best that they can be.
