With Harley, it's basically the "don't fire Eric" storyline. Leon's storyline has more to do with his feud with Cedric stopping him from breaking the record and taking the x division title back in May.

You would know more than me about it so I'll take your word on that just weird stuff to do in story when ppl are legit leaving every other week it seems (I'm sure they'll replenish the roster with others tbf)

Yeah, the storyline is of poor taste and it plays into how Harley hasn't won a match yet. The spoilers tells you that you don't really have to worry about it as she gets her first dub.

The stipulation is crazy, but it does go in line with how Cedric keeps robbing him of getting the x division title back, so he wants to take his accolade away as well.
