First one isn’t even true because he sucker punched the Bucks when they walked through his supposedly always open door.

That door is the real Forbidden Door.

    Is Statlander ready to go?

Mind you, WWE were muting those Sasha chants at WarGames.

I was thinking Statlander tbh, but it's gonna be Bow Wow

In a perfect world. Punk/FTR vs The Elite would be money.

If FTR walk tho. Especially as HHH is likely to introduce new Tag Titles in the coming year(s) and if TK is still all over the place booking wise. I can see them doing indies for 6 months to a year.

I just don’t see HHH doing right by them either.

Been six months with him running things and the WWE tag division is still in arrears.

Ehh I'll give him time as he still has to flesh out some of his ideas, and the fact that The Bloodline has half of the titles of the company. We haven't seen HHH's product in full, so I'll give it another six months or after WM to really see how things are. I expect a lot of things to end by Summerslam.

You got a lot more confidence in him than me.

At the end of the day he’s still Vince’s top student.

And all I see from his product is more Vinceisms.

It shouldn’t take him a year to have a functioning tag division.

Like I said you have the Usos that have both brands of the belt, and as long as Roman is holding the titles, they ain't losing either. That's what makes this situation particularly difficult. Everything hinges on the fate of the Bloodline currently. The product runs through them. It's a gift and a curse currently.

You already see how the midcard has changed, that right there should be an indicator that the rest of the divisions should pan out half way decent. And it's a different landscape too with more talent than NXT to manage. That takes time. With the draft coming back we should see somewhat of a change in the spring.

I actually agree, it's not like you can just drop folks and send them to catering. He went from managing a community college (NXT) to a state University (RAW and Smackdown). It's gonna be a while. Not even TK has to manage that much talent, and we already are seeing the cracks with him being overloaded and many talented wrestlers underused, and I'm a fan of AEW. But also in the same situation, he needs to get ROH off the ground as soon as he can, and needs help with booking because he doesn't have that experience to manage that much talent.

I think with TK he just needs to keep it simple stupid (K.I.S.S) I feel pre pandemic AEW was the company at its best because nothing was over complicated and everything had meaning & led somewhere. Now it’s just hit or miss imo

Ah yes, I’m sure Dax and Cash are more then ready to lose access to the tag teams in AEW, ROH, NJPW, AAA, Impact and anyone they want on the indies to go wrestle the Soundcloud jabronis, the comedy jabronis, the lucha jabronis and the hooligan jabronis along with having more matches with Usos and New Day after wrestling them hundreds of times the first time they were there.

Shut your DUMB ass up, you mark.

While I agree it takes time to remold talent and get them in a new direction (I was very critical of the Theory MITB cash-in but he seems to have righted that ship in a matter of three weeks so he can clearly do it) but it takes no time at all to change formatting which the tag division really needs.

The Bloodline stuff shouldn’t be a crutch at this point. All it would take is HHH to book a segment in which he announces the Board of Directors have decided to take action after discussions with the tv networks to split the unified titles and that Roman and the Usos would have to defend both and then have a tag team take one off them at the Rumble and one off Roman at Mania.

That would be worlds better then what they’re doing right now by stagnanting an entire division over a storyline that wasn’t smart to do whatsoever.

One issue tho, The Bloodline are a draw. Their biggest draw in fact. Just announcing that "the board of directors decided to split the unified belts" before the proper time would shoot both WWE and The Bloodline in the foot when they're red hot. That's a business no no in fact, especially with competition. Secondly, they're a global sized major wrestling company, bigger than what they once were. Stating that "it should'nt take any time at all and should just change it immediately" while things are in clear motion is another business faux pas. WE might not be interested, but two million plus others are engaged, and you have to consider that and wean them into new stuff. Not even the Attitude Era switched drastically, it took about 2 years to really get into motion after the Montreal Screw Job.

This is why I stated that all in the right amount of time where this has to happen, and the Bloodline are indeed still a crutch, and will be until they drop the titles likely at WM. Once that happens then we'll see some immediate change in landscape. Now if it's like this a year from now going into 2024 then I agree.
