I don't agree. The whole initial build of the faction established him and gave him a nice overhaul in relation to his gimmick. He has a solid platform he can launch off of solo for a while. More than likely he'll be involved in some aspect of whatever story they are going to tell. They've moved Starks, MJF and Hobbs away from their factions precisely so they can grow lol
