In fairness to Nick Khan (ewwww...) he's probably referring to Fenix and Starks but Starks wasn't signed just to be benched dude had his contract extended and then wasn't used...Fenix is a whole different issue they had plans for Lucha Bros until they found out they were talking to WWE before their contracts were up...TK was being generous letting Fenix off early
