WASHINGTONidk they seemed pretty dead and quiet for most of the midcard. the energy only picked up during the anarchy match when they played wild things back to back to get them going
Nah the crowd was the only thing keeping that Ruby and Britt match going lol the only time it was really bad was during Sammy and Tay

Yeah the crowd was pretty consistent, it's just that the BCC/JSA match really ramped s*** up.
And the card was overbooked

May 30, 2022Deeb/Rosa needs to be the standard when it comes to AEW womens matches. Hopefully TK understands this now seeing everyone's reaction and his booking gets better.

May 30, 2022·editedGot distracted and missed pretty much all of Anarchy in the Arena and kinda just tuned out of a couple matches like Jade/Anna and Deeb/Rosa lol. Could’ve put at least 3 of the matches on Dynamite or Rampage. Just a long ass show… other than that I thought it was pretty solid
Punk/Page, HoB/Death Triangle, and Joe/Cole (other than the finish) were my favorite matches by far. Hardy Boyz/Bucks was pretty cool too

Oh and it’s way passed due for the tag team belts to switch hands. Can’t believe Hobbs/Starks didn’t go over. I was kinda disappointed by that honestly

Someone in here said they could do more TV specials if need be to get under utilized folks something to do and I agree.
Use the TV specials and shows like
Arthur Ashe to shine a light on some folks who don’t always get that attentionThey should have like 2 specials this summer + BOTB

I f*** with the show, I think it had good pacing. Unlike AEW normally trying to wear the audience down all night, they saved the best s*** for last and the crowd was still alive for it. The stretch from Kyle/Darby to the main event was great and the women had good heat all night (even for Britt's B's performance).
Most of my gripes would be for the Owen tournament wins but the ceremony was very good and Cole and Britt don't have go away heat as an on screen couple so fine. And wtf the TNT scene has become

May 30, 2022I would of separated the tourney finals. The 3 way tag title match should of opened the show. MJF/Wardlow should of been a little more “random” in terms of placement on the card instead of the opener. No announcement what so ever with MJFs music hitting to lean into all the controversy and keep the fans talking.
