And not on some “for the love of wrestling” s*** but literally because it’s a much better business decision.
From a business standpoint Punk is the way to go.
At this point it isn’t just Punk vs. Colt tho. Imagine choosing Punk over the EVP’s and the future ramifications that could cause.
Plus Punk will just find something else to b**** about, he always does.

It’s not about drawing. It’s about one talent making the company untenable for a lot of people.
Hogan did that in WCW and he was one of the biggest reasons the company died.

S*** was so bad though. Lost a match in three minutes. Came back to say his foot was actually 100% a week later, cried a little, then had Ace Steel super Cena him up cause he was going to be in Chicago.
