If they’re doing a 1k days reign for Roman I’m not sure using the loss on Cody is best tbh. Think you can get more mileage out of it using it to put some young guys over, then have them mixing it up with Cody, Seth and whoever else

It’s always been that.

Even in the Shield when it was clear they thought Roman was the star the other two shined brighter and they constantly dulled their light to make Roman look better.

Thunderdome era Reigns is the best any of them have ever been, I do not care to argue.

I’d dare say you could take the last 3 years of Jon Moxley against any 3 years from Rollins and Reigns’ career and Mox wins easy.

The glorification of Reigns in particular when he’s never really succeeded in what he’s supposed to have been doing is so weird to me.

Rode on Rollins and Moxley’s coattails in The Shield.
Spent 6 years trying to be top babyface and failed.
Spent the last 2 years trying to be top heel and failed.

The only heel heat he seems to get from people at this point is from people who have go away heat with him over burying the rest of the roster and somehow having a worse Reign of Terror then 02-05 HHH. There’s not been one person at this point that’s gone into a Roman Reigns feud and came out looking better then they did going in. HHH had HBK, Goldberg, Benoit and Batista at least.

Match quality is all over the place too. Dude has had some awful matches since he became champion. And he’s done the same exact promo since he turned heel. Heyman’s promos have somehow suffered as well since he’s had to do the exact same thing over and over again.

Rollins is much closer to Moxley then Reigns in that conversation at this point.

Its gonna be cool and weird all at once to see Cody really beat Roman Reigns at WM(i just don't believe WWE is getting Rock lol,it just a rumor they use to hype WM at this point)but I think Cody has proved he's one of the better storytellers in wrestling. I think WWE sees him as the one to make beating Roman Reigns look as dramatic and compelling as it needs to be.
