Absolute terrible take. Just because it’s Prince doesn’t add value to the fact it’s a s***ty 80s ballad. It’s the worst song in prince’s discography up to that point. Tacky and boring.

My local record shop has 10 copies of this single that they haven’t been able to shift for years. That single with love u in me might be one of the worst things Prince has ever released, at the very least the worst things Prince he released in the 80s
