you can still get it even if you’re fully vaxed

    https://www.cnn.com/2021/07/14/entertainment/catt-sadler-covid/index.html

the only difference is the severity of the symptoms

The vaccine reduces transmission and 100% prevents death and a high efficacy of reducing symptoms

Gotta know how to move. Masked up around grimey niggas and i wash my hands regularly

WHO basically said very low rates of covid transmission from touching s***. It's an airborne disease.

health complications from vaccines including the covid vaccine are statistically insignificant, or orders of magnitude less likely to occur than harmful symptoms from illness

so you're simultaneously misinformed, selfish, and bad at maths

It sucks ass but you should try to look at the way the founder of Buddhism did. When you experience pain just give yourself to it and don’t try to resist it or wish it wasn’t painful. It will remind you that you are human and make you deeply appreciate it when you’re healthy again.

I’m prolly fumbling Bro’s words but it really is a superpower to being happy/content.

1 you're construing "convince" with some seemingly political connotation even tho the word just means "to make someone assured in the belief of some particular idea"

2 science itself is theories, opinions, viewpoints, and possibilities

now that ain't a path i'm gonna tread too far down cus that argument's gonna get twisted into me being some anti-science guy when i aint. it's just that science literally contains all of those things and those things, in part, comprise science lol

i dont think people understand that at this point your probability of getting covid is 1 (one) (100%)

you have something that can protect you from this with no downside, what r u doing lol

first off i don’t get how this is politicized. i’m talking about how OP isn’t assured of a process studied by Nobel Prize recipients that has led to the distribution of a medical tool meant for billions of people

like this s*** isnt being distributed to normal people if the science behind it is mere ā€œtheories opinions viewpoints and possibilitiesā€

I’m getting the pfizer vax in a couple of days but I can’t lie I’m a bit nervous. You not worried at all about how quickly the vaccines were created or about any potential long-term effects?

I’m not an anti-vaxxer at all but just the speed with which it was made is making me nervous

That’s good to hear bro. I know the chances of an adverse reaction are minuscule but that’s the part I’m nervous about. Should be fine though

Have you ever had a vaccine that was developed and distributed as quickly as this one before

additionally the vaccine was formed using a novel and well tested process that involves coding mRNA to wrap around the vaccine. the process is planned to be used on other viral vaccines and it’s far quicker and just as thorough as traditional ā€œshellā€ methods
