At the function looking at pics of people with no jaw someone needs to do something in this s***hole country
Social alienation is a b****, everyone turns into a bunch of neurotics who can only hold on to their guns as their salvation
I mean, I'm an anxious guy myself and I feel that I have to be protective in public, especially when I'm with my family but I don't want to fantasize about contingency plans, it's horrible
It feels terrible to have to subconsciously take notes on emergency exit plans whenever you are in a public space, people shouldn't live like that
That's pure insanity. Know this might kind of sound like a schizopost but is it just me or did something change recently that's caused an even faster fall of our country? The shift felt so sudden. Don't know how to really describe or pin point it, but a few weeks ago things went from "bad" to just flat out "evil".
I would say since 2020
Covid/Lockdown. It’s really obvious brother
No, not that. This is a shift that happened month or two ago.
You have to remember that Twitter is a very odd sample of the population considering it's only a minority that actually uses the platform to post
Most accounts just lurk.
I would be more skeptical of how representative those people are of the average U.S. population

I agree, it's just when you hear it in real situations too outside of twitter, it starts to feel bigger than just online opinions.
I still think they are minority
I would say since 2020
Yep, pandemic radicalized a lot of people because it disrupted the flow of everyone's lives
For example, that white kid who shot up the supermarket in Buffalo said he mainly got radicalized through browsing 4chan throughout the pandemic when he was off school

Yeah, I get it, Fox News pushes that s*** out of the swamps into the mainstream
Especially Tucker when he was still on
No, not that. This is a shift that happened month or two ago.
It's definitely COVID/Lockdown era bruh the tribalism was insane lol
I remember seeing right wingers rock "Trump & Guns" T-shirts around election season lol and this was in NEW YORK I can only imagine what Texas looked like
I would say since 2020
Agreed, but personally, this sudden shift feels like it was like a month ago. It sounds kind of like a schizopost, but something suddenly just felt very off. Like a full 180 overnight.

I agree, I think that's a layer to this, but right now especially recently it feels like there's an even newer evil. Gonna just take a jab at this and think that maybe the shift happened when it was that story about the guy who shot that kid point blank for ringing his doorbell. Then the girl who got killed for turning around in a driveway, and then the guy who killed his neighbor for using a lead blower. It seems like this has kind of kicked off an even more psychotic version of what was going on before. Especially this week with the manhunt in Texas for the guy who executed that family.
Something is deeply wrong.

That's definitely going to be a right-wing talking point. Do you reside there?

but you gotta live like that here tho
aint s*** gonna change. maybe if someone air out a nfl or college football game at this point but i doubt that that would do anything either. you just had two mass shootings in serbia and the government over there wants to immediately increase gun control. over here it's "thoughts and prayers" lmao. biden tweeting s*** like "we must do something about this" lmao nigga you the f***ing the president what's stopping you? whole country is f***ing pathetic
serbia is like a smaller america. people there wake up, turn on their tv and see a morning show with 3 people who are convicted of war crimes, then turn on 24/7 reality tv show to watch killers abuse women and s***. Its a crazy culture and place I gotta say. Its just that they choose to ignore that until s*** hit the fan for them in their backyard, whatever happened outside it they didn't care and justified it somehow

I remember driving around before Election Day and the gun range was full almost like they were preparing for something
Crazy how some people are able to rationalize children getting their heads blown off as a mysterious act of God, while also simultaneously considering trans people abominations.
The man with a hero's fantasy does not want to do it in the service of others, but rather to fulfill his own narcissisms

I’m convinced he lost his mind

A f***ing school bus driver
The Waco shooting aftermath was wild
177 people involved and they all got away
