Where is the ios test app?

Dude no app still. I would be more active. I feel like it’s more of a drag to go on the website than an app

Been a year since pizza section got lifted to 64 and we have way more than that waiting to get in, we need someone to raise the roof

I should give people an up date on this. Since january ive been busier than ever working on some large projects with others— it just hasn’t been possible let alone justifiable to spend any significant time or money on this for the year so far.

But i already promised I’m not giving up on this. And since I expect to have more free time later in the summer, I think it makes most sense to spend some time developing a stripped down version of the native app—i.e. focused more on core features (instead of the much bigger vision for the platform… but one day)

since most people just seem to want “an app”, and how easy building this app will be compared to building out the full vision I had in mind, I guess it just makes sense to develop that app.

I mean don’t get me wrong, it’s probably a terrible move from a financial/business perspective, but lucky for me I’m not a businessman 😎

plus I did just recently renew our apple developer membership so may as well make use of it

people who have been on forums for years and are used to forum culture don’t care about apps

in fact most people in general don’t. who downloads new apps? whats the last app you downloaded that you use regularly outside of something that might be work related

Zuck couldnt maintain threads because most people wont even bother to go to the app store to download it, everybody pretty much has what they need at this point in their phones. And despite whats been said people didn’t really want a ‘new twitter’ the same way we don’t want a ‘new ktt’

just add to what you’ve built here if you want to see the site improve, an app is a silly pipe dream

i’m ngl ive never wanted a ktt app. that would take away from the novelty of posting on here.

also the core site is lacking too many things as is lmao

all the people asking for an app seems to say different

but like i said, this would be a simple app to build.

and new twitter (x) isn't the way to go. i'm more experienced w/ this than elon, js.

like this is so much smoother than the web app.
