(I decided this post was doing too much but Kodak said some f***ed up s*** right when this happened)
actually not cool
Get ready for artists to use his death for sales now. He gonna be on everyone's album.

artists? don’t forget labels
what label was he on? watch them cash in the last part of this year or next
Beatstars posted that he was 100% independent and that money from streams etc. goes straight to his family
The only reason anyone would blame the gf is if they hate women…
She’s not the one who shot him in broad daylight. Literally 0 reason to blame her. That’s like blaming PNB for leaving his house
Yeah but it’s plenty of dudes who hate women and have been with plenty of women
I mean look at kodak… getting p**** probably made him worse

Thankfully
(even though horrible circumstances still with his murder)
a lot of good college memories attached to different PNB songs from 2015-2018… He even tweeted me once about Kendall Jenner lol
RIP

Yeah people could've talked about it as a reason to take extreme caution, in hopes to save other rappers lives, and still not blame her.
everybody is detached though, death becomes just a little sidenote to internet discourse

But he had just recently turned independent so I’m pretty sure it’s just his new single where he gets all the revenue not his older albums
We giving $$$ to his old label
You’re right, those things are a risk and people should be cautioned. But when bad things happen, they shouldn’t be blamed and their character shouldn’t be s***ted on bc of what they choose to wear. That’s my point
It isn’t wise for dudes to stroll around the hood with $20K of clothing on them you’re right. And it isn’t wise for some women to be around shady people and environments alone with revealing clothing on. But when things happen to them, those people shouldn’t be written as dumb mfs with all the rage going towards them instead of their perpetrators. It’s distasteful as f*** to the people who suffered and it’s a shame we live in a world where this kind of thing has to be an issue. That’s simply all I was trying to say
for sure you shouldn't s*** on people for it. and I think people blaming the gf is dumb especially since we don't even know if her post is how they got the drop on him
it's a grimey area and LA has seen an increase in robberies and homicides
I am just perplexed because people act as if it is a unique thing to "victim blame" people who are assaulted when the unique thing is actually that that is the one instance where we don't say what the person could have done differently
i didn't know this, thanks for the correction, stopped following it after it was revealed sauce walka lied.
where'd you get that info imma add it to the post
his gun was in his hand in the video of his body under the sheet
also Sauce Walka's follow up video (even though obviously his credibility isn't the highest)

people are just angry and shocked and sad and looking for someone to blame
when Pop Smoke died, social media accused his friend / brother of setting him up
people just want a target for their anger
also the most prominent person who has blamed the gf is Nicki Minaj, who herself is a woman. obviously women can be self-hating but it's silly to reduce the blame to hating women
people are also blaming him for wearing jewelry in a ghetto area
I wonder who’s gonna be the first rapper to die of old age
I think Ice T or any rapper in the late 70s/early 80s (not age wise but year wise)
Coke La Rock
No cap last year I met PnB at that exact same roscoes
One of my favorite artists
No way
Damn I guess it was a frequent spot of his ?
Damn I guess it was a frequent spot of his ?
When I posted that, I thought it was at a certain roscoes.
It turned out to be a different one, on Main and Manchester.
The point though, was / is that PnB rock was essentially an LA Local, lived here for years, and frequented a ton of Roscoes locations, and so for me him being at Roscoes period was not a surprise.
One of the easiest ways to run into a celebrity in LA is roscoes. Not the one he died at, but roscoes in general.
LA seems like a scary place
It's really not.
As long as you not around niggas wearing 200K in jewelry and a gang member you have nothing to worry about deadass.
