Did they ever declare him to be illegitimate?
Did they ever declare him to be illegitimate?
Putin never really pronouced the name of Zelensky but he has been saying that the Ukraine government is fascist and illegitimate
Lots of arts and literature came out during the Ghaznavid and samanids cause they were a bit more chill. That's what keeps an identify and language alive.
But Shah Ismail was alright he had good management skills and unified Iran. All these dynasties the first guy that started it was alright but the offsprings f*** it up. Safavids ended up losing afghanistan and if it wasnt for Nader shah Iran'd be called afghanistan today.
Iran being Shia is not like a problem. Shias and sunnis can live alongside one another. The islamists on both sides are the problem. The sunni islamists are the same s***. Wahabbis and shia mullahs and the taliban akhundzadeh type beats ultimately all believe in the same qutbist s***.
Being shia helped to separate from Arabs. It was ultimately a good thing. Saved the language. Also didnt have to pay them taxes no more.
Shia is all about storytelling. Thats what persians excelled at. Thats what mullahs were good at and needed to do to get the attention of people. It's all bullshit stories. A lot of it parallels the old iranian fables of shahnameh and s*** like that.
Appreciate the insight! Interesting stuff, I don't think I've seen someone talk about Shi'ism as a kind of continuation of the older Iranian traditions like that before. I guess it does make sense that if Shi'ism helped revitalize the Iranian identity, it would adapt itself to Iran just as Iran adapted itself to Shi'ism

Yeah or it's just an empty tank the Russian soldiers left behind to join the main front
