That's the case for migrants/tourists. For some reason it's easier for some tourists to enter the EU and it has also to do w nationality, but there are other requirements like need to be able to provide for yourself so bank account info, accommodation, visa etc. I have no idea why some nationalities don't need visa and others do, but here already seems to be some distinction between races or at least the global south and north
