Idk much about Croatia except that the balkans are pretty racist towards eachother, especially the Serbians. Even though yall are genetically closely related.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Croatia has nazi ideologists. Serbia def has them. So nah racism is alive. The reason you think it’s not as rampant is because there aren’t a lot of clashes happening aside from the ones with Bosniaks and Serbs cus there aren’t many other cultural backgrounds present

you would think I would know more about Croatian people than you, as you said it's not as rampant but you still do realize those countries are a part of Europe
also I have family in Hamburg who lived there their whole life and a very diverse friend group
