I agree that it doesn't justify Russia's invasion, that's just agitative propaganda. The actual reason is NATO (also not justifiable).
I disagree that we should be arming those Nazi militias tho, it would be the same story as Islamist fundamentalists in Afghanistan being armed to fight against the Russian invasion. Didn't end well
The actual reason is regime change
Germans sending weapons
Germans dumber than they look man.. they are one of the most reliant on russian resources and they do this lmao
The actual reason is regime change
Well duh lmaoo
A regime that doesn't want to join NATO yes
Road service employees begin dismantling road signs across Ukraine in order to complicate navigation for the invading Russian troops.

😳
The actual reason is regime change
Yes the reason they want regime change is to counter NATO
😳
Ukrainians with the s***s
That would start a nuclear war. If you're gonna arm them, do it on the condition that they cut ties with Nazis. If they aren't willing to do that, then maybe the govt is more sympathetic to Nazism than I even thought at first
fr if Nazi sympathizers are such a small minority, why the f*** can't they just remove them from their ranks?
it's too late now. but this conflict didn't arise out of nowhere, they had 8 f***ing years! 8 years of even the West/EU condemning Ukraine's government for sympathizing with Nazis yet they literally did jack s*** to resolve the issue and instead embraced Nazi sympathizers.
The West has fumbled this entire situation so hard and hopefully revionists don't forget this. It's a lose lose no matter what, as if sending a billion dollars worth of aid now is gonna do anything but increase the number of casualties while also potentially arming violent far-right militias, who aren't gonna just disappear after the war
it’s not a controversial opinion what i’m wondering is how does that opinion square with the opinion that russia invading is wrong
cus i don’t get what the mental conclusion is if you simultaneously think that it’s wrong for ukraine to be invaded but also that it’s wrong for them to receive help defending themselves
I think the US invasion of Afghanistan was wrong, never in my right mind would me or anybody else say we should arm the Taliban
Well duh lmaoo
A regime that doesn't want to join NATO yes
A regime that does what Putin wants yeah
Ukraine couldve never joined NATO atm or in the near future, since they are in a 'frozen' conflict for some years already. Unstable countries can't join NATO. That was a very good plan from Putin to begin with, why he had to take it this far no one knows

Giving a country weapons that it will eventually give to Nazis for the sake of defending themselves in a war they can’t really win militarily is kinda illogical
Nazis receiving those weapons and being able to possess/distribute/use them at their own desire does nothing achieving long lasting peace and equality in the region
The Azov battalion is one of the closest units to the Russian majority Donbass region. Let’s say they’re able to push their way into the Russian centers with these newfound weapons. What do you think the course of action would be when Nazis find themselves in an area with the ethnicity of their invaders?
so crazy how astroturfed social media is right now
and of course the same in Russia internet sphere before someone gets angry
so crazy how astroturfed social media is right now
Are you actually serious? Damn I’ve felt so terrible about this situation I actually considered joining the ukrainian military. I hate not being able to do anything. If what you say is true, I might just go buy a ticket right now. S***, I don’t have much in the bank, but I really feel useless in the grad scheme of things.

Well obviously he'll go further than just NATO now that he can, but everybody knows Putin woulda accepted a neutrality agreement, but the West was like nah that's violating their sovereignty. If they were never gonna join, why not just put it on paper on the condition that Putin pulls back his troops.
The West and in particular the US just had to rile Ukraine up to play the tough guy with Russia and unfortunately now we're all seeing what an actual violation of Ukrainian sovereignty looks like....
The irony that Ukrainians in 2014 destroyed statues of Lenin, the same man who ushered in an era of Ukrainization through indigenization. Lenin really remained faithful to what he argued for in The Socialist Revolution and the Right of Self-Determination till the end.
And now you got many Ukrainians marching for a literal nazi fascist Bandera
Russia and belarus about to be disconnected from swift?
Germany is the last country to oppose the move
Road service employees begin dismantling road signs across Ukraine in order to complicate navigation for the invading Russian troops.
