Russia and Turkey have an interesting relationship tbh, on the one hand they're on opposing sides in Syria, Libya, Artsakh, jockeying for influence in Central Asia... on the other hand they both have a vested interest in changing the world order. I think Ukraine has Bayraktars too
Actually I believe Israel and Turkey already began to reconcile because they both supported Azerbaijan last year because Israel wants to leverage that relationship against a certain Shia majority country
