i guess it was march post. many russian troops had big problems with supplies back then. there were verified cases of that, they didn't only steal electronics and jewelry. they couldn't take kyiv and retreated later. didn't mean the war would be stopped because of that. like they wouldn't rotate, try different directions and make other logistic chains
