it didn't restart it at all, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict never ended and media simply stopped covering it
even after the ceasefire agreement 2 years ago clashes never actually stopped. the reason you likely didn't hear about this is because of the "agreement", the media changed the name from the "Nagorno-Karabakh" conflict to the "Armenia-Azerbaijan Border Crisis" with a claim the prior conflict ended in 2020 but the former started in 2021. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2021%E2%80%932022_Armenia%E2%80%93Azerbaijan_border_crisis
Thanks for the correction. Still we can attribute to their recent attacks to emboldenment due to the oil situation

it certainly didn't help but the overall tension in the reason is unrelated, albeit both sides and their regional allies definitely would feel emboldened by the fallout of the ukraine conflict
however the changing of the terms to Border Crisis when in reality the original conflict never ended but outside parties acted like it did is a cautionary tale in media/public perception

There was something I can across earlier talking about Azerbaijan attacking Russian peacekeeping forces in the area. Trying to find it. I assume this would be a new development but not sure

russian peacekeeping forces were deployed after the ceasefire in 2020 and were involved in the border skirmishes from 2021 forward. of course, it could be magnified further because of recent happenings (i..e it happened again), but definitely not a new thing voerall

Still frightening to see flare ups in multiple areas. Taiwan, Moldova potentialy, Armenia-Azeri conflict. Getting spooky.

its an American news org talking to an NGO guy whos been working with NATO for years, stop calling everything """russian propaganda""". His estimate is also about everything that crosses the border not just the military equipment his organization deals with. Several other sources including the US government are cited talking about the threat of these weapons not reaching the Ukrainian army too.

I will continue to call things Russian propaganda if that’s what they are.

You have no evidence for that. It's just a way for you to avoid confronting uncomfortable truths.

You have no evidence
You have no evidence
You’re the one making the initial claim. You have to bring evidence
You have no evidence
The burden of proof is not on me. So can you prove this is russian propaganda or do you still have nothing to say?
You’re the one making the initial claim. You have to bring evidence
No, the initial claim is the 30% figure given. That claim was not backed with evidence, only the word of an NGO guy.

Yes, it is. You are claiming 30% of the aid makes it to it’s destination. Neither you nor CBS provided evidence for this
No, the initial claim is the 30% figure given. That claim was not backed with evidence, only the word of an NGO guy.
Yes because the Russian government paid NBC, an American corporation, to circulate propaganda (using your s*** sedition of propaganda)

Funny to shift that fast from "its russian propaganda" to "actually the numbers fake" but anyways, hes not just "some NGO guy" he heads a NATO affiliated org thats been handling military shipments to Ukraine for 8 years and even received a medal from the Ukrainian Army.
Again, where is your claim that what he is saying is russian propaganda based on?
No, the initial claim is the 30% figure given. That claim was not backed with evidence, only the word of an NGO guy.
Stupid
Known Russian propagandists CNN, NPR, Guardian, and now CBS have all reported that US have no clue who exactly has their weapons once they're in Ukraine

They are spinning it as if his word is concrete proof of anything
Stupid
If you really think 70% of the $8 billion in aid the US gave is going to the black market i don’t know what to tell you
