NATO members do not have to support American aggression just like they opted in the past to not do, these smaller countries are merely using NATO as protection
Sadly my country always d***riding the USA, but i def don't agree with a lot of the s*** they do. At the same time, i thank we are part of NATO cause of security reasons
@Scratchin_Bandit I was just wondering.. do you also feel a connection with Russia cause they always had Ethiopia's back in the past (and still do) or is it only for ideological reasons that they embodied in the past?

NATO never invaded Poland, Russia invaded Poland multiple times, who do you think Poland is gonna side themselves with
NATO is a response to Russian aggression, not the other way around, this also is why all of the post USSR and eastern European countries are willingly siding with NATO and not Russia because not NATO, Russia is currently invading Ukraine
no one forced them to join NATO, like no one forced Sweden and Finland, but they now willingly want to join it because Russia is threatening them, again. And they can't defend themselves against Russia alone.
They will never understand this. They wanna believe the US and others pointed nukes at nation capitals and demanded NATO integration or else. They don’t wanna believe life was unequivocally better in the West than SSR.

I mean honestly I don't feel a connection at all with the Russian state at all lol, I appreciate that they've had our backs, but with the current regime I know they only do because it makes the US less powerful. Different story with the USSR for obvious ideological reasons
I guess I kinda do feel a connection with the Russian people and some other Eastern Europeans from some other countries in general, I never really thought about it
, but that's prolly because I grew up going to an orthodox church every sunday 
We had a lot of people there with an Eastern European background, especially Romanians shoutout @lil_ufo and @offline
