I work with all Russians and Ukrainians. My manager and the co-worker I work with the most are both Russian and their takes are completely different. My co-worker cries every single day and cannot believe Russia is attacking their brothers and sisters in Ukraine. She said most Russians see them as part of Russia and her friends are all being locked up for protesting.

In contrast, my manager, who I love, believes ALL of the Russian propaganda. It's insane. She doesn't think the sanctions hurt Russia at all, she doesn't even believe this is a war and she thinks Russia will cut off their oil supply to the NATO nations and then the sanctions will be reversed. It's incredibly frustrating.
