The strongest moments for me here are when Drake tries something really new and sticks the landing: Hoe Phase and Road Trips particularly I love, Cheetah Print, Stuck, Goose and the Juice and Princess are also fun, interesting or have strong melodies and cool production.

Iceman for me is mostly very boring but I appreciate some production moments like the sliding 808s on Dust, the synth strings on National Treasures, the groove on 2 Hard 4 Radio. All of Habibti is a brutal skip except Classic.
