EverestIn tone and artificially maybe, but in terms of quality and substance, habibti is the worst iteration of that type of drake that stans supposedly want. Compare his older r&b airy songs to the meandering boring melodys on habibti. Barely any structure the songs, short boring vocal lines that loop over and over with the most 2026 drake lyrics possible. There isn’t a song on that album that would be anyone’s highlight on of drakes older, more decorated and totemic albums.
But alot of old drake fans we came to peace with his R&B pen declining years ago.
And I still think you see glimpses of it like on White Bone outro for example. That was vintage drake.
