Choosin' Texas is firmly in that spot right now, with a steady 26M streams per week and heavy airplay.
On $$$4U, the highest debut was GIMME A HUG with 24M streams and little to no airplay, and What Did I Miss? debuted with 22M streams and little to no airplay as well.
With three albums, and what seems to be no clear-cut standout hit record, I don't know if any one song will garner enough streams to breakthrough to #1 without any airplay.
