FreightThe reason it’s still up on Spotify is because UMG’s stake in the company really complicates matters. Spotify joining the suit with Apple and YouTube would implicate UMG and represents a really tangled conflict of interest. It’s also a contributing factor in UMG currently looking to sell their stake in Spotify.
