They’re claiming the money they paid out to him for the consumption constitutes fraud and are looking to recoup. Not Like Us, Euphoria, and GNX are the three cited in the lawsuits so they’ve been taken down in preparation.
The reason it’s still up on Spotify is because UMG’s stake in the company really complicates matters. Spotify joining the suit with Apple and YouTube would implicate UMG and represents a really tangled conflict of interest. It’s also a contributing factor in UMG currently looking to sell their stake in Spotify.
