lyrically yes
flow wise? absolutely not (why he uses those weird voices a lot)

Biggies probably got the best flow in rap ever, pac arguably had some of the greatest lyrics and songs especially on his more introspective ones

HOV was ALWAYS the flow guy and while he had some great bars, nas imho has always been the best "lyricist" aka better "rapper" (from a strictly verbiage standpoint)

Drake, imho, has the best flow in rap since big and Kenny has the best lyrics since nas (I hate to admit that but it's unfortunately true that he's a master lyricist). BUT I'll take drakes partition-ing and cadence over kendriks ANYDAY (and at the end poetry rap etc is always judged on its flow and etc not just its lyrics. its why people say latin is the best for poetry due to didactic pentameter

So tldr-> I would say Kendricks def got the lyricist bag down but drake is better at the flow and partition aspect of rap etc imho (not that anyone asked me lol)
