MattmurdockHoD second season folded was too mid they added way too much bullshit (again) that wasn't even in the books. Examples being the "high noon" dragon scene, the 2 queens whole meeting, Damon staying at harrenhall for way too long, and essentially the whole not making it as gruesome thing (which Martin himself complained about)
boardwalk is great but tbh season 4 is so f***ing slow and just like many people I missed jimmy and his void was never filled properly (love Stephen knight Buscemi and Michael k rip and all the actors tho the lucky Luciano and lansky guys especially)
snowfall I've been meaning to get into but the first season is f***ing SLOWWWWWWWWW (and I watch a lot of slow s***)
Better call Saul is f***ing amazing and is the most honest representation of the legal field I have ever seen. PARTNERS F***ING SUCK lol
the camera work and how every character gets proper screen time in Boardwalk is what makes it top5er for me. It also gives a good reflection of America and how things have always been too.
I wasnt really upset too much with HoD because a lot of that "book" is second hand information anyway and we havent really gotten to the meat of plot anyway.
Snowfall gets real good real fast. it would be the one id suggest people to watch for sure. Though I do believe Boardwalk is pretty close to a must watch too.

Kendrick got like 20 more in the tuck he was ready to continue but didn't think Drake would tap out so quickly

yeah exactly a lot of HoD's meatier plot lines will def be this season and I expect a hyuge bounce back. I was kinda happy Martin spoke out cuz I don't want them neutering the blood and s***out of the story call me old fashioned lol. I honestly thought knight of 7 kingdoms was f***ing AMAZING and id love for them to stay consistent with the books like that director did. that penultimate episode is like one of the best of television

Knight is great. it had really good pacing imo, if you can stand slow starts that is. That storyline and HoD are just better than GoT's after you get over the Jon Snow shock factor imo. I kind of figured that out right out the gate when the first book came out long ago though before it was even a thought in anyone elses head.
