this is something i never understand. why y'all always want a short album , especially from 2026 drake. he's for sure gonna release a 20+ track album again, just save the songs you like and that's all, he isn't gonna drop a concept album

actually i'm not very critical when it comes to rap music and i enjoy most albums coming out. i deleted like 2 songs from fatd lmao, i'm just saying i prefer longer albums because of longevity and i always find new songs that didn't clicked at first + i drive a lot and need as much music as possible.

I got you
It’s just wild that this is probably the general consensus of a once great artist. That he’s not capable of making a great project but instead throwing a lot at the wall and you pick what sticks

A short album doesn’t equate to a concept album

It's the general consensus based on one post on KTT2?

Was trying to think of rappers but you’re not wrong
And drake started doing this in his 20s

I created a 95% confidence interval for the true proportion of listeners who hold that opinion and it’s .7881 to .8221
Sample size was 239 point estimate was in the .79s
what if the concept is a good album with no skips and replayability?
Why the hell would Drake ever do that when mediocre music is enough to please his fans and he can bloat it with those fillers to make higher placement on billboard and his fans can keep going on with the narrative of great numbers equals quality music
It really doesn’t make sense for Drake to take quality over quantity. He should keep doing what he is best at and that’s making music for his fans and couple of catchy pop songs as singles for the casuals
