You can absolutely tell the story of rap this decade without mentioning that album. The most notable thing about it is that it was commercially successful.
If there’s a Drake album you can’t tell the story of the 2020s in rap without, it’s FATD for how it was the precursor to the beef, but that album isn’t a classic either
