I could’ve seen that but I don’t think so for two reasons:

1. Feel like that would’ve been announced by now

2. I think he wants this album to be another Views-level moment, you need a long & clear runway for that to be possible. If he dropped today, 3 of the next 7 weeks are already accounted for, the album would get lost in the shuffle quickly. I don’t think his pettiness is gonna overcome him wanting the album to dominate the year

Also the third Beyoncé album is rumored to be a Q1 release so that will probably be March or April as well
