I don't think it's gonna be that deep. He also recorded the intros for Scorpion and CLB last-minute. It's probably just how he operates when it comes to intros, likely ones which are rap-heavy.

becuz why would you ever need to play the album backwards if you actually love the songs and the original sequencing. also this is the streaming era, you can literally create the album sequence that matches your preference through playlisting. individual song quality is what matters most

nwts never made sense to me either becuz the album is already so well curated. yes it can technically be played backwards because the whole album is very thematic sound wise but its not something drake set out to do. i'm pretty sure tde released that new damn nation to milk their fanbase
