I’ve been one of the most vocal people about time in between albums =\= more quality but I do think in this case he could really take his time and craft the best project possible. The fact that Take Care is the highest charting rap album currently just goes to show that it’s not like he needs to put anything out. Take your time, live your life, get your rollout in order, select the best tracks that make sense not just putting s*** on there for the sake of it like idk I know people are impatient but really there is no reason to be

FATD also kinda proves this cause that album had some amazing highs, if he wouldve sat w it a lil longer and pulled through w the radio show concept it couldve been goated... instead we got a bloated mess w random ass filler songs on it smh imagine opening an album w one of the greatest frank ocean samples oat just to put gently w bad bunny on it few months later he pops out w some of his best rap tracks ever like just be patient and put wick man on the album man

I feel like sometimes people misconstrue criticizing his albums as a knock on his actual music making ability. I don’t think any artist in history has ever dropped 10/10 songs every project. I just think some quality control would be nice and I think taking your time lets you look at things objectively. I agree I think the concept is cool although I wonder if it was too similar to Dawn FM and he didn’t wanna lean into it as hard
