I guess? Randomly I haven’t been able to post photos the way I did, I tried a different way to post photos and it still doesn’t work.

Mamba mentality is obviously Kobe's way of referring to that relentless competitive drive or "killer instinct" that made him able to consistently execute at an extremely high level and want to be the best. It's not arbitrary or unquantifiable. People talk about the same s*** with Jordan, and other athletes that change the sport they participate in forever.
Cultural impact (in this case) is simply how relevant what u do is within black American culture. Numbers ain't always gonna directly reflect it because people outside the culture can influence them. Not sure what's so hard to grasp about that.
